If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your scooter within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and show no signs of significant wear or damage.

Return Process

    Initiate Return

    Log into your account or contact support to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Pack Your Scooter

    Secure the scooter in its original box with all chargers, tools, and manuals included.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
